Make sure your ice cream maker bowl is appropriately chilled (~48 hours in the fridge) Beat eggs in stand mixer with whisk attachment until light and fluffy, ~2-3 minutes Add granulated sugar and beat until combined Add heavy cream and milk and beat until combined Refrigerate ice cream mix for 1-2 hours Pulse approx. 2/3-3/4 of the strawberries in food processor to desired consistency (may help to thaw container slightly first) Add ice cream mix and pulsed strawberries to ice cream maker and begin churning, 15-20 mins Add crushed Oreos in the last 2-3 minutes of the churning process Ice cream will be soft serve consistency. For harder ice cream (recommended), transfer thickened ice cream to quart-sized container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours
