"It will be really thick so I then add a little milk or half-half until right consistency. Use cayenne sparingly then add more later if you want. It gets stronger as it sets. If the blue cheese flavor is TOO strong, add a little (very little) sour cream"

"Hoe much depends on how much you want to make. If I used a whole pkg of blue cheese I end up throwing half away"
